“The Adventures of Spinning Top” is a picture story that promotes a healthy lifestyle and interest in physical activity.

The story begins: Spinning Top is a funny, little, and well, very spinny person. She loves going to new places, loves doing new things and she most of all loves to spin. On sunny days she spins away for a walk with her dear friend Hula. It makes her brain work harder. She says: 'If your mind goes blank at times, Try to do some exercise. Spinning, dancing, jumping high. New ideas spring into life.' Before we begin our story, you should know that this is no ordinary story.
